Eligibility for Visa Platinum
Visa Platinum is available to clients and non-clients of OTP Bank Albania who are employed in Albania, as well as individuals with fixed-term employment contracts who can provide collateral. You may also apply for the card even if you are not employed, provided you can offer a personal deposit as collateral.

If necessary, Medical and Travel Assistance will be offered to the cardholder and their family during a trip outside the permanent residence country for up to 90 days.
Security Services
- When you fully pay for an item/product with your Visa Platinum card, you benefit from protection against theft or accidental damage of the purchased item within 90 days from the purchase date. This protection reimburses repair costs or compensates the value of the item up to the maximum insurance amount applicable for this card by Visa. Purchase protection applies to items bought both domestically and internationally. Reimbursement/coverage is subject to Visa's Terms and Conditions, available on Visa's official website.
- If a flight or baggage is delayed for more than 4 hours, compensation is provided according to the Visa Platinum Work Conditions.
