National Transfers
Clients are able to send and receive national transfers via OBA Network branches as well as via the online banking application.
Execution Channels
• National Transfers: Executed via the SWIFT platform
• Memberships: The bank is a member of the National Payment Systems AECH and AIPS
Value Dates
• ALL and EUR currency:
o D (same day) if processed before 12:00 PM
o D+1 (next business day) if processed after 12:00 PM
• Other Currencies: Processed with D+2 value date
• Urgent Transfers: Upon customer request and subject to applicable fees, the bank may execute transfers with:
o Same-day (D)
o Next-day (D+1) value date

• ALL, EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD

• BIC/SWIFT Code: PUPPALTRXXX
Required Details for Transfers Within Albania
• Full name and address of the beneficiary
• IBAN of the beneficiary’s account
• Name of the beneficiary’s bank
• BIC/SWIFT code of the beneficiary bank
• Purpose of the transfer
• Selection of commission type
Commission Options
• OUR: All fees paid by the ordering customer
• SH.A: Ordering bank’s fees paid by the ordering customer; other bank fees paid by the beneficiary
• BEN: All fees paid by the beneficiary
Note: For payments in ALL and EUR, only SH.A commission type is applicable.
SEPA Credit Transfers
Clients are able to send and receive euro-denominated payments through the SEPA network to beneficiaries within Eurozone countries, specifically to banks participating in the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme.
The standard value date applied by the bank for processing SEPA transfers is D+1 (next business day). Upon customer request, and subject to applicable additional fees as per current terms and conditions, the bank may execute transfers with an urgent value date—processed on the same day.
Only SH.A (shared charges) apply to SEPA transfers.
