Starting from December 2, 2021, OTP Bank Albania will activate the new Online Banking platform. The new version of this platform will offer a number of improvements and new features for users.
The new functionalities of the Online Banking platform are as follows:
Improvements in the customer experience:
- New page layout, font, shapes, quick actions on homepage, new icons, etc.
- Reorganization and restructuring of the main menu
- Improvements in the payment process
- Quick access to the payment form
- Visibility on user rights and restrictions on company accounts
- Ability to pay utility bills with just one click
Credit Card:
- Card status
- Quick access from homepage to arrears
- Payment of the amount used on the card: minimum, full payment or a certain amount

- Generate in PDF format the movements in the current account
OTP Bank Albania will send an SMS to the number you have registered in the banking system, in which you will receive an Internet address where you will find all the instructions to activate your Online Banking account.
