Member of Management Board Acting Manager of Business Banking Division
Ferid Shijaku, an Albanian national, graduated with Msc. in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Tirana and joint MBA from University of Nebraska (USA) and University of Tirana. He has covered a wide spectrum in business lending and services, from micro finance to large companies, from plain vanilla lending to equity, mezzanine, structured and project financing, in his over 20 years of banking experience. Mr. Shijaku has held various positions in lending and banking services, head of loans, investment analyst, head of credit risk, and lastly as head of corporate and sales in the bank. He had a significant contribution along with other team members in the Bank that transformed corporate banking into an important player in the banking sector. Mr. Shijaku recently managing Business Banking Division in OTP Bank Albania, joined the bank in 2010 as division deputy, Head of the Corporate Department. He is well-rooted in the local business community and regards his job as a contribution for that community. Mr. Shijaku enjoys sharing his experience advising businesses and coaching young people in career advancement.
Manager of Retail Division / Member of Management Board
Mrs. Liljana Shkodra of Albanian citizen, graduated in Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, Albania. Mrs. Shkodra comes from a long experience in the banking sector focused on the Retail Sector. She started her career in July 1998 as a loan analyst at FEFAD Bank. In July 2003 she was appointed Head of the Retail Department at NBG Bank, a position she held until 2008. In May 2008 she was appointed Deputy Director of the Retail Banking Group at BKT Bank, and in June 2015 was also appointed Director of the Branch Network at this bank. Mrs. Shkodra has also completed her Master's degree in Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. Starting from May 2019, Mrs. Shkodra was appointed Director of the Retail Division and Member of the Management Board at OTP Bank Albania.
Risk Management Department Manager
Gjergji Harispapa, an Albanian national, is an Economics and Finance graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana in Albania, and he holds a Master Degree in Finance from the same university. He has worked in the banking industry for 14 years and has held several positions at the Bank of Albania, at first as a specialist at the Monetary Policy Department and then as a specialist at the Financial Supervision Department. During this period, Mr. Harispapa was also an Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics In January 2008 Mr. Gjergji Harispapa joined the Bank, as Head of Departmental Audit Sector. In February 2009 he was appointed Manager of Internal Audit Department, a position that he held for 6 years, until April 2015, when he was elected Deputy Manager of the Risk Management Department. Since January 2018, he was nominated Manager of the Risk Management Department, responsible for credit risk, market risk and recovery.
Corporate Secretary Department Manager
Bertina Hajdini, an Albanian national, is a Business Administration graduate of Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (Albania) and she holds a Master Degree in the same field from Epoka University. She has worked in the banking industry for 17 years and has held several managerial positions among which 10 years of full commitment to the Bank. Bertina Hajdini began her career in 2000 as an Assistant of Customer Service Department at FEFAD, "Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Finance and Development", today known as ProCredit Bank. In May 2001, she was appointed as a Specialist in International Banking and in April 2006 she held the position of Documentary Business Coordinator. She joined the Bank in October 2007 as Head of Payments and Correspondent Banking, till January 2011 when she took the management of the Back Office Department. In May 2016 she was elected Manager of Corporate Secretary Department, a challenging position as she is charge of four different sectors.
Marketing Department Manager
Jonila Janku, an Albanian national, is a Business Administration graduate from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (Albania) and she holds a Master’s Degree in the same field from the University of New York, Tirana. With 15 years of experience in the private sector, holding several managerial positions, Jonila Janku is an expert in the local market of the Media, Marketing and Communication. Jonila Janku began her career in April 2003 as an Account Manager at Albvision ltd and then continued her career at Top Media Group. In August 2004, she established the subsidiary of Grey World Wide agency in Albania and then she took over the management of this agency. From August 2005 until January 2015, she built her 10 years career as Head of Marketing Department at Digitalb sh.a, the largest PAY TV and the strongest local Brand in Albania, creating this department as the company was just established. In February 2015 she was appointed Deputy CEO of the KA Trading sh.p.k. Tirana, Albania in charge of Commercial Department as well. In addition, she has given her contribution as an external lecturer and speaker in several educational institutions such as UET, UNYT and “Aleksander Moisiu” University in Durres. DMember of Management Board Manager of Finance and Risk Division
Gabor Jandacsik, a Hungarian citizen, has finished his studies at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary and has a master degree in Finance and Corporate Valuation and a PhD in Risk Management. He began his career in 1993 as risk manager at CIB-Intesa Sanpaolo Bank in Hungary and has held several managerial positions in risk management, retail network and corporate banking in the banking system in Hungary, at the subsidiaries of Intesa Sanpaolo, Bayerische Landesbank and in Montenegro at CKB Bank, member of OTP Banking Group, Hungary. He also has an academic experience from 1999 to 2008 as associate professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Debrecen, Hungary. Since May 2019 he has been appointed as head of Finance and Risk Division and member of the Management Board at OTP Bank Albania.
Bledar Shella, an Albanian national, holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (Albania) and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute. He began his career in October 2000 in the Forex Reserve Management, at the Monetary Operations Department at Bank of Albania. In April 2004 he was appointed Deputy Head of Bank of Albania’s Supervision Department and Head of Inspections. After an eight-year experience at the Bank of Albania, in July 2008 he joined Societe Generale Albania as a Chief Risk Officer. Bledar Shella has also an academic experience that started in October 2000 as a professor in Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. From March 2013 till June 2014 he was a Lecturer for Advanced Financial Analysis, part of the Master's Degree Program at the European University of Tirana. In March 2015 he was proposed and elected Deputy General Manager of Societe Generale Albania, in charge of Retail Banking Division. Since December 2018, he has been elected Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Albania.
Deputy General Manager / Operational Division Manager
Ardian Hasa, an Albanian national, is an Electronic Engineer in Computer Science graduate from Polytechnic University of Tirana (Albania) and he holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Sheffield. Ardian Hasa began his career in 2002 in mobile telephony industry. In August 2003, he became a member of United Nations Development Programme in Albania, a Non Profit International Organization, as ICT Specialist and in January 2006 he was promoted as a National Project Manager in ICT domain. He joined the Bank in September 2008 as a Project Management Officer till March 2010 when he was appointed as Quality Control Manager. In May 2012 he held the position of Deputy Chief Operating Officer and three years later was nominated as Chief Operating Officer. After over 12 years of experience in different managerial position among which 10 years of full commitment to the Bank, in April 2018, Mr. Hasa was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Bank in charge of Operational Division.
Internal Audit Department Manager
Marsela Ekonomi, an Albanian national, is a Finance and Accounting graduate from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in Albania and she holds a Master Degree in Accounting from the same university. Marsela Ekonomi began her career as a finance analyst at a private company I.M.B. Shpk and later on as chief accountant at M.J Maillis Albania, a position she held for 3 years. Mrs. Ekonomi’s first experience as an auditor started in 2008 at Ernst & Young Albania. In September 2010, she joined the auditing company ILD-99 Auditing ltd as Manager of Audit and Tax Department, a function she held for a period of 4 years. From January 2015 until April 2018, Ms. Ekonomi has held the position of Senior Manager at the Audit and Assurance Department, at the international auditing firm Mazars in Albania, headquartered in Tirana. Since September 2013, Marsela Ekonomi is also a Certified Auditor and is finalizing the process of obtaining the ACCA qualification. After a ten years’ experience in audit, tax and assurance services, in April 2018, she joined the Bank as the Manager of Internal Audit Department.
Human Resources and Training Department Manager
Irida Vejsiu, an Albanian national, is an Economics graduate of Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, Albania; holds a Master of Science in Management from Umea University, Republic of Sweden and has awarded from the University of Tirana the academic degree as a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management. Irida Vejsiu began her career on February 2002 as an Officer in Recruitment and Employee Relations at Vodafone Albania sh.a, Tirana, Albania. In August 2005, she was appointed as Senior Officer at Human Resources and Training Department at Raiffeisen Bank sh.a, Tirana. In February 2007, she took over the management of Training and Development Sector and later she became the Head of Performance and Reward Management Sector at Raiffeisen Bank sh.a. Irida Vejsiu has also an academic experience, from February 2006 till June 2007, as a part time Lecturer of Human Resources Management and Ethics and Communication in Business at Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. In 2009, she has joined the Bank as Human Resources and Training Department Manager.
