SMS Banking

Always be informed of all transactions from your company account. With SMS Banking service, you can get complete information about all the entries and exits of your accounts.

Target clients

This service can be used by any customer who has an active account with OTP Bank. This service is offered in a package or separately.

The following services are valid for current accounts for national payments and current accounts for international payments:

  • Incoming messages – For each new incoming move, you will be notified by SMS. It is possible to set a notification limit. This means that the client will receive SMS messages only for incoming movements that exceed the specified limit.
  • Outgoing messages – For each new outgoing move, you will be notified via SMS. It is possible to set a notification limit. This means that the client will receive SMS messages only for incoming movements that exceed the specified limit.
  • Messages on statement of transaction account- Account confirmation is sent at the end of the business day, i.e. around 9pm or the next day, as chosen by the client.
  • The statement includes information on total exit, total entry and current account balance.
  • Messages on transaction account balance- The message on the account balance is sent at the request of the client. This service is available for mobile network users in Albania.
  • ATMs- For any withdrawal of money through ATMs, the customer will be notified by SMS with details on the completed transaction. Again, it is possible to set a limit.
  • POS- For every transaction performed in POS terminals, the customer will be notified by SMS. Setting a limit is possible.
